Engagements begin with a discussion about what you're trying to achieve, or what you'd like to see happen. Once the problem is well understood we (you + us) can begin asking questions about how to achieve the end result.

We're all about understanding your goals, breaking them down, and offering budget-friendly, tailored solutions. It's a friendly, collaborative approach!

A typical project looks something like this:

Initial contact - a client reaches out to us with a question about emailing customers for an upcoming sale.
Onboarding - We ask the client for details about their business's services and accounts.
Review - Meet to discuss project goals, and review the different accounts and services.
Proposal - With enough detail Simplehack can investigate the problem and create a recommendation.
Contract - Simplehack will get to work as soon as possible. If it's time sensitive we can review options.
